*PLEASE NOTE*: Ski Cape Smokey is run by volunteers from the Ski Cape Smokey Society, a non-profit care taker group. Cape Smokey is open to the public with very limited access to the mountain by poma lift and natural snow only.

Located in the Cape Breton Highlands of Nova Scotia, Ski Cape Smokey offers 8 alpine runs and 1 a poma lift. Facilities include a lodge at the base and top of the mountain. The base lodge feature a restaurant, bar, ski school and hill offices. Smokey is well known for its ocean views. However due to financial trouble, Cape Smokey is currently running with limited access to the hill. It is best suited for intermediate skiers and snowboarders and is currently run by volunteers from the Ski Cape Smokey Society, a non-profit group.
