DESCRIPTION: One of the most breathtaking places in Atlantic Canada, Lawrencetown Beach offers stunning views of the Atlantic Coastline with a soft sandy beach stretching for 1.5km. Renowned among surfers and body boarders as a prime spot to experience, waves here can frequently occur between 3 and 6 meters high, and up to 10 meters high on extra windy days! They roll in one after the other, crashing upon the shore, and then returning back to the sea. A perfect spot to get away from it all, take in the fresh ocean air, and gaze upon endless miles of the sea. From Lawrencetown Beach you can connect to the Atlantic View Trail, a popular hiking and biking trail, that also connects to the Salt Marsh Trail in West Lawrencetown. Hiking, biking, surfing, swimming or simply skipping stones into the ocean, Lawrencetown Beach has much to offer and enjoy!
